A new cluster of novel coronavirus infections has been reported at the main branch of the Lotte Department Store in central Seoul.
Officials of the Seoul Metropolitan Government said Thursday at least 12 cases have been tied to the cluster.
Ten of people infected live in the capital while two reside in other cities.
The first confirmed patient in this group is a family member of a store worker who was diagnosed with COVID-19 on April 30.
Authorities said more than 630 people were tested and 11 came back positive, 562 were negative, while 63 are still awaiting results.
