The men's football team will face off against New Zealand to open the group stage.
The match will be held at Kashima Stadium, northeast of the Japanese capital, with play to begin at 5 p.m. Seoul time.

Ahead of the opening ceremony for the Tokyo Olympics that will be held Friday evening, South Korean athletes will take part in a newly-created mixed team event in archery and the men's individual sabre in fencing.
