More than 750 nightlife establishments across the country have been caught violating quarantine guidelines since April 5.
The National Police Agency said the facilities, including clubs and karaoke rooms, were dinged during a six-week crackdown on some 48,000 businesses.
The NPA said inspections were carried out in conjunction with local government officials.
Violations included operating amid orders to shut down amid COVID-19 prevention measures, staying open past business curfews and failing to keep visitor logs.
A police official said they will continue to crack down on businesses that fail to heed rules and operate unlawfully amid the ongoing pandemic.
