Fourteen additional coronavirus patients have been tied to a cluster of infections from a daycare center in Incheon's Yeonsu District.
Incheon city officials said Tuesday children, parents, and their acquaintances were among these latest to test positive for the coronavirus.
At least 33 cases have been confirmed from this cluster.
Local authorities have responded by stepping up antivirus measures to prevent further transmission, including opening up emergency coronavirus screening sites to test teachers and workers from over 280 childcare centers in the area.
